“The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle is a fascinating read! Most of us are stuck in regretful past or the worrying and fearful future, this book will teach you how to break this habit. Learn to stop thinking, to focus on the right Now moment! Why bother with problems from past or future? Right now is all you have. There is literally nothing else.
Rule 6: Consume as much fruits and vegetables as possible!
Rule 7: In parts of eastern Europe, salt and sugar are both commonly referred to as “white death”! So keep them to a safe limit.
Rule 8: Keep in mind sun’s harmful rays!
Rule 9: During a rain, a pessimist sees dark clouds. An optimist sees no clouds, as he is walking above them. Keep a positive attitude throughout the day!
Rule 10: Have a regular medical checkup!
Italian gerontologist Claudio Vergani, from the society of The New Longevity published his 10 absolutely rules to follow for a longer life:
Rule 1: Quit smoking once and for all.
Rule 2: Consume alcohol only is small portions, with some red wine for your heart.
Rule 3: Have at least a 30mins walk each day.
Rule 4: Have an ideal body mass index.
Rule 5: Decrease animal fat consumption.

Some might say you are born with a smile, so try to keep it that way throught your day! An open, pleasant, comforting smile says a lot about a persons character. To put a smile on a simple biological level, it is a simply inviting, non-threatening, kind human gesture. Try to smile or laugh at simple things in life, as much as possible. Some psychologists suggest, as an exercise, to smile in front of a mirror for ten minutes if you are feeling down, most of the time your mood should improve dramatically! Smile smile, then smile some more!
